JEF Helsinki’s official Annual Meeting will be held on 15 December 2025 in Group Room 4 at Oodi Central Library, starting at 18:30. There is also an option to participate remotely; the participation link will be sent to registered participants’ provided email address the day before the meeting. The meeting will be held in Finnish, with English available if needed. Everyone interested in our activities is welcome to attend. Everyone interested in our activities is welcome to attend. Every person with a valid JEF Finland membership for 2025 has the right to vote and to submit initiatives at the meeting. We ask those attending the meeting, as well as those standing as candidates for the board, to register via the online form by 12 December 2025.
At the Annual Meeting, you can help shape the activities JEF Helsinki organises, and influence the composition of the board — either by voting or by standing as a candidate yourself!

The annual meeting of JEF Helsinki will be held on Monday, December 15, 2024, at the Helsinki Central Library Oodi (Töölönkatu 4), in ryhmätila 4 -room, starting at 18:30. There is also an option to participate remotely, through a link delivered to the provided email. The official language of the meeting is Finnish, but we will provide English translations to non-Finnish-speaking participants. All those interested in our activities are welcome to attend the meeting. Every participants with an active official membership of JEF Finland for 2025 has the right to vote and to submit initiatives at the meeting. We ask that those attending the meeting, as well as those running for a board position, register via our online form by December 12, 2025.
At the annual meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the activities organized by JEF Helsinki and shape the composition of the board by either voting or standing as a candidate yourself!
