We warmly welcome all our members to JEF Turku’s extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday, 28 March, starting at 17:30. The meeting will be held at Panimoravintola Koulu, Eerikinkatu 18, 20100 Turku. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take part remotely. The meeting will primarily be held in Finnish, but we will arrange translation into English for members who need it. At the general meeting, every individual member has the right to speak, attend, and vote. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.
To prove your voting rights, please bring photo ID to the meeting. Membership will be checked against the membership register.
The following statutory matters will be discussed at the meeting:
● the Board’s report on the association’s activities for the 2021 financial year,
● the 2021 financial statements and the auditor’s statement, and the approval of the financial statements,
● discharging the 2021 Board and other accountable parties from liability,
● the approval of the 2022 financial statements,
● other matters proposed by the Board and members, taking into account the provisions of Section 24 of the Associations Act

At the extraordinary general meeting, each individual member has the right to speak, attend and vote. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.

● The report of the Board of Directors on the activities of the Association for the financial year 2021,
● the accounts for the financial year 2021 and the opinion of the auditor, and the approval of the accounts,
● the discharge of the Board of Directors and other responsible persons for the year 2021,
● the approval of the accounts of the year 2022,
● other matters proposed by the Board and the members, taking into account the provisions of Article 24 of the Associations Act
