Two new employees have started at JEF Finland’s office this autumn. Intern Emmi Vainio started already in early August, and jumped straight into the preparations and delivery of the Castle Seminar. Marianne Ruusunhelmi started as the new Organisational Planner at JEF Finland on 4 October.
The intern’s main duties include planning, coordinating and delivering JEF Finland’s ThinkEU project, as well as assisting with the organisation of JEF Finland’s events and other communications content. The Organisational Planner’s duties include planning, delivering and developing communications, as well as event production and general organisational development work.
“It’s been fantastic to become part of JEF Finland’s great team and network. In just a couple of months I’ve already gotten to take part in many interesting events and to develop myself and my skills while coordinating the ThinkEU project”, says Vainio, who started in August.
“I’m truly excited to get to work within JEF Finland’s knowledgeable and international community. What I’m looking forward to most in this role is strengthening my own expertise and helping develop JEF Finland’s activities to be even better”, states Ruusunhelmi.
