At its meeting 10/2022, JEF Finland’s Executive Board selected Saana Ylikruuvi, Bachelor of Arts (Humanities), as JEF Finland’s Secretary General. Ylikruuvi has so far served as JEF Finland’s Project Coordinator, and acted as Secretary General during August.
“Saana has excellent expertise in projects, financial management, and organisational work in general. I’m glad we get to continue our smoothly running collaboration with her, now in a new role”, comments JEF Finland’s President Risto Rajala.
“I’ve enjoyed my time at JEF Finland more than I could have hoped, so it’s wonderful to keep working with such a great team. The role of Secretary General brings new challenges, which I’m happy to take on.” comments the newly appointed Ylikruuvi.
The Secretary General is responsible for JEF Finland’s operational activities and acts, when needed, as the supervisor of staff and trainees. Ylikruuvi started in the role on 1 September 2022
