JEF Finland’s Executive Board has, at its meeting 7/2025, selected Master of Philosophy Vilma Kujala as JEF Finland’s Event Production Planner. Kujala previously worked as JEF Finland’s project coordinator and as a university trainee in 2022-2023.
“It’s wonderful for JEF Finland to have Vilma back in the office. Vilma’s earlier experience with us, together with her extensive experience at Sitra, guarantees a successful autumn of events. Welcome, Vilma!” comments JEF Finland’s President Nea Baarman.

As Event Production Planner, Kujala is primarily responsible for producing the Youth EU Summit held in October, and also contributes to other event production throughout the year, including the Castle Seminar. Kujala started in the role on 15 May 2025.

Vilma Kujala Named Event Production Planner for JEF Finland
The board of the JEF Finland has selected Master of Arts Vilma Kujala as the organisation’s Event Production Planner in its meeting 7/2025. Kujala has previously worked as a project coordinator and university trainee for JEF Finland in 2022-2023.
