JEF Helsinki’s Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 22 April 2026
remotely via Google Meet. The meeting starts at 18:00 (6:00 PM). The participation link will be sent
to those registered for the meeting, to the email address they provided, on the day
before the meeting. The meeting will be held in Finnish and, if needed, in English.
Everyone interested in the activities is welcome to attend. Voting rights belong to
everyone with a valid JEF Finland membership for 2026.
Membership will be verified in our official membership register.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting, you can help decide what the rules of
JEF Helsinki will be.
Agenda:
– Confirmation of the legality and quorum of the meeting, and verification of attendees
– Election of the meeting’s chair, secretary, two (2) minute-checkers, and
two (2) vote counters
– Approval of the agenda
– Amendment of the association’s rules
– Other matters proposed by the board and members
