Toivotamme kaikki Turun Eurooppanuorten jäsenet lämpimästi tervetulleeksi Turun Eurooppanuoret ry:n sääntömääräiseen vuosikokoukseen maanantaina 3.12.2025 klo 17.00 alkaen. Kokouksen paikka on Turku-sali osoitteessa Rehtorinpellonkatu 4 A, 20500 Turku. Vuosikokouksessa jokainen henkilöjäsen on puhe- ja läsnäolo- sekä äänioikeutettu. Jäsenenä pääset myös asettumaan ehdolle kokouksessa valittaviin luottamustehtäviin. Jos et ole vielä jäsen, voit liittyä täältä.
Todistaaksesi äänioikeutesi ota kokoukseen mukaan kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus. Jäsenyys tarkistetaan jäsenrekisteristä.
Kokouksessa käsitellään seuraavat sääntömääräiset asiat:
hallituksen laatima kertomus yhdistyksen toiminnasta päättyneeltä tilikaudelta,
edellisen tilikauden tilinpäätös ja toiminnantarkastajan lausunto sekä tilinpäätöksen vahvistaminen,
vastuuvapauden myöntäminen hallitukselle ja muille vastuuvelvollisille, Turun Eurooppanuorten uusien sääntöjen hyväksyminen,
seuraavan vuoden toimintasuunnitelmasta päättäminen,
seuraavan vuoden talousarviosta päättäminen,
puheenjohtajan, 1-2 varapuheenjohtajan ja muiden hallituksen 3-10 jäsenten valinta,
yhden (1) toiminnantarkastajan ja yhden (1) varatoiminnantarkastajan valinta sekä
hallituksen ja jäsenten esittämät muut asiat ottaen huomioon yhdistyslain 24 §:n määräykset

Kiinnostaako hallitustyöskentely aktiivisessa nuorisojärjestössä? Vuosikokouksessa jokaisen kiinnostuneen jäsenen on mahdollista asettua ehdolle vuoden 2026 hallitukseen. Etukäteisilmoittautumista ei vaadita, vaan ehdokkuutensa voi ilmoittaa myös kokouspaikalla. Mikäli et pääse paikalle, voi oman hallitusesittelynsä lähettää vuosikokousvastaavalle 3.12. kello 16 mennessä.

We warmly welcome you to JEF Turku’s Annual Meeting on December 3rd starting at 17.00. The assembly is held in Turku-sali, Rehtoripellonkatu 4A, 20500 Turku. Unfortunately it is not possible to participate remotely. You can participate as a non-Finnish speaker as everything will be translated into English if needed. At the annual meeting, each individual member has the right to speak, attend and vote. As a member, you can also stand for elected positions of trust at the meeting and influence the direction of the organisation’s activities for the up-coming year. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.
To prove your voting rights, bring a photo ID to the meeting. Your membership will be checked from the membership register.
The following statutory business will be discussed at the meeting:
● The report of the Board of Directors on the activities of the Association for the past financial year,
● the accounts for the previous financial year and the opinion of the auditor, and the approval of the accounts,
● the discharge of the Board of Directors and other responsible persons,
– New rules for JEF Turku
● the adoption of an action plan for the following year,
● decision on the budget for the following year,
● the election of the Chair, 1-2 Vice-Chair and the other 3-10 members of the Board,
● election of one (1) auditor and one (1) deputy auditor; and
● other matters proposed by the Board and the members, taking into account the provisions of Article 24 of the Associations Act
Are you interested in serving on the board of an active youth organisation? At the Annual Meeting, any interested member can stand for election to the 2026 Board. There is no need to register in advance, and you can also register your candidacy at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you can send your nomination to the contact person listed below 3.12. at 4 pm the latest.
