We warmly welcome all JEF Turku members to JEF Turku ry’s statutory Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 7 December 2021, starting at 18:00. The meeting will be held in the Wauditorio at Sokos Hotel Wiklund, at Eerikinkatu 11, 20100 Turku. At the Annual General Meeting, every personal member has the right to speak, attend and vote. As a member you can also put yourself forward for the positions of trust to be elected at the meeting. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.
To prove your voting rights, please bring a photo ID to the meeting. Membership will be checked against the membership register.
The following statutory matters will be handled at the meeting:
● the board’s report on the association’s activities for the past financial year,
● the financial statements and the operations auditor’s report for the past financial year, and confirmation of the financial statements,
● granting discharge from liability to the board and other accountable parties,
● deciding on the plan of action for the coming year,
● deciding on the budget for the coming year,
● electing the President, 1-2 Vice Presidents and 3-10 other board members,
● electing one (1) operations auditor and one (1) deputy operations auditor, and
● other matters put forward by the board and members, taking into account the provisions of Section 24 of the Finnish Associations Act
