Hi!
We warmly welcome all JEF Turku members to JEF Turku’s statutory annual general meeting on Tuesday 8 December 2020, starting at 5:30 pm. The meeting will be held at Starttivalmennus Oy’s meeting space at Käsityöläiskatu 9, 20100 Turku. At the annual meeting, every individual member has the right to speak, attend and vote. As a member, you can also stand as a candidate for the positions of trust elected at the meeting. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.
To prove your right to vote, please bring photo identification to the meeting. Membership will be verified against the membership register.
Please register in advance to attend the meeting using this form, so that the meeting can be organised safely with the coronavirus pandemic in mind.
The following statutory matters will be addressed at the meeting:
- the board’s report on the association’s activities for the past financial period,
- the board’s report on the association’s activities for the past financial period,
- the financial statements for the previous financial period and the auditor’s statement, as well as adoption of the financial statements,
- discharging the board and other accountable parties from liability,
- deciding on next year’s action plan,
- deciding on next year’s budget,
- electing the president, 1-2 vice presidents and 3-10 other board members,
- electing one (1) auditor and one (1) deputy auditor, and
- other matters proposed by the board and members, taking into account the provisions of Section 24 of the Associations Act
