Alongside celebrating the organisation’s 29-year journey, at the gala we will raise a toast to the 30th birthday of the iconic Linnaseminaari. During the evening, we will enjoy delicious food and drink, hear greetings and stories from over the years, and sing together. In store is a warm-spirited and unforgettable celebration in the company of old and new friends.
The gala begins at 19:00 and ends at around 23:00. The celebration starts with greetings in the Yellow Salon, from where we will move to the Romanov Hall for dinner. After the official celebration, those who wish can move on to the Haikko manor pub for the afterparty, where karaoke awaits.
Please note that the Annual Gala form is for registering for the Annual Gala only. The Annual Gala is held in connection with the Linnaseminaari, and if you have already registered for the Linnaseminaari, you do not need to register separately for the gala.

JEF Finland´s Annual Ball will be held on Friday, August 14, at Haikko Manor in Porvoo, starting at 19:00.
In addition to celebrating the organisation’s 29-year journey, we will also raise a toast to the 30th anniversary of the iconic Castle Seminar. Throughout the evening, we will enjoy delicious food and drink, hear greetings and stories from previous years and sing together. The evening will be spent in a warm and memorable spirit and bring together old and new friends.
The festivities will begin at 19:00 and end at approximately 23:00. The evening will start with opening greetings in the Yellow Salon, after which guests will move to the Romanov Hall for dinner. After the official programme, those who wish can continue the celebrations at Haikko Manor’s pub where karaoke will be available.
Please note that the registration form below is for the Annual Ball only. The gala is organised in connection with Castle Seminar, and if you have already registered for the Castle Seminar, you do not need to register separately for the ball.
