Toivotamme lämpimästi tervetulleeksi kaikki jäsenemme Turun Eurooppanuorten ylimääräiseen yhdistyskokoukseen tiistaina 28.3. klo 17.30 alkaen. Kokous järjestetään Panimoravintola Koulussa, Eerikinkatu 18, 20100 Turku. Kokoukseen ei valitettavasti ole mahdollista osallistua etänä. Kokous pidetään lähtökohtaisesti suomeksi, mutta huolehdimme käännökset englanniksi myös niitä tarvitseville jäsenillemme. Yhdistyskokouksessa jokainen henkilöjäsen on puhe- ja läsnäolo- sekä äänioikeutettu. Jos et ole vielä jäsen, voit liittyä täältä.
Todistaaksesi äänioikeutesi ota kokoukseen mukaan kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus. Jäsenyys tarkistetaan jäsenrekisteristä.
Kokouksessa käsitellään seuraavat sääntömääräiset asiat:
● hallituksen laatima kertomus yhdistyksen toiminnasta tilikaudelta 2021,
● tilikauden 2021 tilinpäätös ja toiminnantarkastajan lausunto sekä tilinpäätöksen vahvistaminen,
● vastuuvapauden myöntäminen vuoden 2021 hallitukselle ja muille vastuuvelvollisille,
● vuoden 2022 tilinpäätöksen vahvistaminen,
● hallituksen ja jäsenten esittämät muut asiat ottaen huomioon yhdistyslain 24 §:n määräykset

Kokouksen perään pidetään Turun Eurooppanuorten hallituksen kokous, jota jokainen osallistuja on myös tervetullut seuraamaan.

We warmly welcome you to JEF Turku’s Additional Annual Meeting on 28th March 2023 starting at 17.30. The assembly is held in Panimoravintola Koulu, Eerikinkatu 18, 20100 Turku. Unfortunately it is not possible to participate remotely. You can participate as a non-Finnish speaker as everything will be translated into English if needed. At the additional annual meeting, each individual member has the right to speak, attend and vote. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.
To prove your voting rights, bring a photo ID to the meeting. Your membership will be checked from the membership register.
The following statutory business will be discussed at the meeting:
● The report of the Board of Directors on the activities of the Association for the financial year 2021,
● the accounts for the financial year 2021 and the opinion of the auditor, and the approval of the accounts,
● the discharge of the Board of Directors and other responsible persons for the year 2021,
● the approval of the accounts of the year 2022,
● other matters proposed by the Board and the members, taking into account the provisions of Article 24 of the Associations Act
